For local service businesses
Your customers are asking Google questions. Your website should be answering them.
I write blog posts for roofers, HVAC techs, plumbers and other local trades. Each one answers something your customers actually search, mentions the places you actually work, and ends with a reason to call you. Written by a published author, not a content mill.
No call required. Tell me about your business and I'll write one post, free, so you can see if it's any good.

Why nobody finds your site
You have a website. Google just has nothing to show from it.
A blog nobody's touched since 2022
An empty or dead blog tells Google, and customers, that nothing's happening here.
Posts written for robots
Generic, stuffed with keywords, obviously churned out. People bounce and Google notices.
Nothing local
Your customers search with a town name in it. If your site never mentions the towns you serve, you don't show up.
Posts that go nowhere
A good post that doesn't point to your phone number or quote form is a free lesson for someone who'll call your competitor.
Local SEO blog posts
Posts that answer what your customers search.
City & service pages
One page for every town and job you want to rank for.
Google Business Profile posts
Keep your map listing active without thinking about it.
Content refresh
Fix the old posts you already have.
What I do
One core service. Three that stack on top.
Start with monthly blog posts. Add city and service pages when you want to show up in more towns. Add Google Business Profile posts when you want the map listing working too.
How it goes
Four steps, all of them by email if you like.
A short questionnaire
What you do, where you work, what customers always ask. Ten minutes. Or a call, if you'd rather talk.
A topic plan
Three months of post topics based on what people in your area actually search. You approve it before I write anything.
Drafts you can read
Each post arrives as a shared doc. One round of changes is included, and I aim to make it one you don't need.
Published and tracked
I can post it to your site for you. On Premium you also get a short, plain-English monthly report on what's getting found.
Yes, if
- You run a service business in a real place
- Your website exists but nobody reads it
- You'd rather be on a job than writing blog posts
- You want steady results over a few months, not a miracle next week
Probably not, if
- You want to rank #1 nationally by next month
- You want 50 cheap posts a month
- You need medical or legal content (I don't write it yet)
Free first post
See one before you pay for any.
Tell me about your business and I'll write one post for it, free. If you like it, publish it. If not, no hard feelings and no follow-up calls.
Questions people actually ask
All questionsWhat does it cost?
Four posts a month is $449/mo, and that's where I'd suggest most businesses start. Single posts are $200. The price tool gives you a number in about a minute, and your first post is free.
Do you use AI to write the posts?
I write them. I may use tools for research and checking, but every post is written and edited by me, with details specific to your business and area. You can tell the difference, and so can your customers.
What do I need to do?
Fill out a ten-minute questionnaire, approve a topic list, and glance at drafts if you want to. That's it. It should take you less than an hour a month.
Can you post to my website?
Yes, on Standard and up. I work with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify and most others. You can add me as a user and remove me any time.
Do you only work with businesses in Panama City?
No. I'm based here, but I write for home service businesses anywhere. I just do the local research for your area.
